At ASOBU®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your drinkware doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your ASOBU® products in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
